We have worked on a number of large scale virtualisation projects predominantly using VMware ESX server.

What is virtualisation?

Virtualisation allows you to run multiple systems on a single physical server. The resources of the physical server are shared between the virtual machines each utilising a proportion of the available memory, CPU and network capacity. Physical storage is accomplished through the use of shared storage such as a SAN Storage Area Network)
